This is the customer care section. PCD & Princess Closet Designs is an e-commerce boutique. We offer products for women, men, home, and custom clothing design services. We aim to make every clients encounter filled like Royalty. If you wish to share any information or feedback, please contact us through our contact information listed below. We want to ensure that our customers our pleasantly satisfied with our business.  

Our store is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 5 pm. We will accept returns on items that are not custom made and purchased through our online store only. Items purchased from our store are not for resale.

Wholesale Inquiries

I’m a wholesale inquiries section. Our wholesale store allows other retailers to sell PCD apparel products in boutiques or department stores. One can inquire information about selling our stunning products by contacting our email below.

Shipping Policy

As an online boutique, we use shipping services to mail our products to our clients. During the checkout process, the client has the capability to input the correct mailing address for shipping. Clients have the ability to create an account that saves your mailing address for shipping items. Packaging our products is important in that we want our products to arrive undamaged. If your package is damaged through the mailing process for any reason. Please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your package so that we can replace the product as quickly as possible. Shipping cost are adjusted to match the market rate of shipping. Shipping charges are dedicated to the cost of shipping and handling product. 

We will accept returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer)

Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition, and the tag must remain intact. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns.

We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffs and scratches. Handbags, jewelry and accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and earrings unworn. Apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached.

PCD Boutique offers 3 easy return options: (1) return for store credit for free ; (2) exchange for another item for equal or less value (3) return for a refund. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is $10.

Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.
